Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Letz Manage (the "Service"), a platform that organizations ("Organizations") use to manage branches, events, bookings, members, and programs. By creating an account, signing in, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an Organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for that Organization.
1. The Service
Letz Manage provides tools for Organizations to manage their own branches, office spaces, bookings, events, forms, members, committees, teaching programs, and meetings, including optional AI-assisted features such as receipt reading and meeting-minutes generation. Each Organization operates within its own separate workspace on the platform.
2. Accounts and Organizations
An Organization's administrator is responsible for the accounts, roles, and permissions they grant within their Organization's workspace, and for the accuracy of information entered by their Organization. You are responsible for keeping your own account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, including laws protecting personal data;
- Collect personal data from a member, registrant, or applicant without the appropriate basis or consent to do so;
- Upload content you do not have the right to upload, or that infringes another party's rights;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another Organization's workspace or data;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's normal operation, including through excessive automated requests.
4. Your Content and Data
An Organization retains ownership of the information, files, and records it enters into the Service ("Organization Content"). By using the Service, an Organization grants Letz Manage a limited license to host, process, and transmit Organization Content solely to provide and support the Service, including to the third-party services described in our Privacy Policy that an Organization chooses to connect or enable.
Each Organization is responsible for having the right to collect and process the personal data of its own members, registrants, and applicants that it enters into the Service, including obtaining any consent required by applicable law.
5. Third-Party Services
Certain features rely on third-party services (including Google, CHIP, WhatsApp Business Platform, and Telegram) that an Organization connects using its own account or credentials. Your use of those connected services is also subject to that third party's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services we do not operate.
6. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and features that depend on third-party services are subject to that third party's own availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Letz Manage will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for an account or Organization that violates these Terms. An Organization may stop using the Service at any time; please contact us if you would like assistance with exporting or removing your Organization's data beforehand.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
